• we don't buy materials direct and resell to you at a mark up

• we don't have any direct links to merchants and resellers

• we don't earn commission based on amount of sales with merchants

so what do we do

• we are here to work as your internal team, in the same way you may sub contract an electrician, plumber or roofer in - you contract us as your own buying department

• we complete all purchases on your behalf, direct with merchants, hire companies, waste management and consumable suppliers.

• we bring many clients to the table when dealing with suppliers so have our own pricing agreements, in place

• we free up site teams and senior management to win new tenders and ensure contracts are completed to schedule

so how does it work

• we look at all your rates across your credit and cash accounts, and discuss our requirements with suppliers - attaching our negotiated group rates to the accounts.

• we may make recommendations to you on any new accounts that may need to be opened.

• you place all your orders with us, and leave the rest to us
